Paano ang GCash payments?
Your tenant pays you via GCash, Maya, or bank like they already do, then uploads the proof in the app. You tap to confirm and the unit is marked paid, with an automatic digital receipt. (Direct in-app collection is on our roadmap.)
Pwede ba sa boarding house at bedspace?
Yes. This is exactly who we're built for. You can bill per bed or per room and split shared utilities (Meralco, water) across tenants automatically.
How much deposit and advance can I legally collect?
Under the Rent Control Act (RA 9653), for covered units you can collect up to 1 month advance and 2 months deposit, with rent increases limited to once a year. ArmaRenta's AI assistant can walk you through your specific situation, and we keep a clean record para protektado ka kapag may gulo.
Do I need to be techy?
No. If you can use Messenger and GCash, you can use ArmaRenta. And if you'd rather not do it at all, ArmaRenta Managed gives you a VA who runs everything for you.
